If the requested personal information is not provided, you may not be able to access or use certain features of the Website or Services.

Depending on the type of transaction, the personal information gathered may include your first and last name, billing/ mailing address, physical/ shipping address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, age, gender, occupation, birthday, marital status, employment history, interests, purchase history, payment card information, or other demographic information.

Emails and Social Media Sites: If you reach us via email, mail, or via social media, we may retain the content material of your conversation or posting, the email or social media account address from which it was sent, as well as our response. All the information that you provide to us or that has been collected over time may be combined with information gathered from other sources and the information may be disclosed within our corporate family or service providers.

Cookies Information: When you visit our website, one or more cookies a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters may be sent to your computer that will identify your browser specifically and will let us start your session faster and improve your navigation through our website. The cookies do not collect your personal information. Both session cookies and persisten cookies are being used. The persistent cookie remains on the customers’ hard drive after the browser is closed and it may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our website. These cookies can be removed by following the directions given by your web browser. The session cookies are temporary and disappears after the browser is closed. Google Analytics: On our website we use a tool service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") called “Google Analytics,” a web analytics service, to collect information about the use of the website. The data collected by Google Analytics includes how often the user visits our website, which pages were visited, and what other sites were visited before coming to our website. Our website may use certain features of Google Analytics, which includes: (a) “Demographics and Interest Reporting” to analyze information about the interests and demographics of users of our site as well as non-personally identifiable information is used in the same manner as other non-personally identifiable information as described in this Policy; (b) “Remarketing with Google Analytics” to place ads on other websites in our users’ demographic that have previously visited our website; and (c) "Google Display Network Impression Reporting" to give us an insight on how users’ interactions with our ads relate to the visits to  ur website. The information we get from Google Analytics is used to improve our website. Google Analytics only collects the IP address assigned to you on the date the website has been visited, rather than your name or another source of identification. Even though a permanent cookie is planted on your web browser by Google Analytics to identify you as a unique user on your next visit to the site, the cookie cannot be used by anybody other than Google. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Website is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on your next visit to our website by disabling cookies on your browser, however, if you do this you may not be able to use all functions provided by our website, as previously mentioned. Log File Information: Log File information is reported automatically by your browser every time a website is accessed. When you register with or view our website, our servers automatically records certain information that your web browser sends whenever any website is visited. These server logs may include information such as your web request, IP addresses or other device identifiers, browser information, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), operating system, location, date/time stamp, clickstream data, referring/exit pages and URLs, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.

Clear Gifs Information: When our website or services are in use, we may employ clear gifs (aka Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage pattern of our users in an anonymous way. No personal information from your account is collected using these clear gifs. In addition, clear gifs in HTML-based emails may also be used and sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. This information is used to give a more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and make the Website better for our users.

How We Use Your Information

User Content: Any personal information or content you voluntarily disclose for posting to our website or through services (for instance, any content you post) (referred to herein as "User Content") becomes available to the public via our site and our business partners. If you user content is removed, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your User Content.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor the User Content posted on the site by the user. We also have the right to remove any information or material for any or no reason including, but not limited to, if we determine that such information or material violates or may violate any applicable law of our Terms of Use, or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party. We also reserve the right to remove any information upon the request of a third party. We may use certain information about you and your user content without identifying you as an individual to third parties. This is done for certain purposes including, but not limited to, analyzing how our site and services are used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing advertisements and promotions.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of the Website that are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we have shared with third parties or corporate affiliates for those entities' direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge.

California Do Not Track Disclosures

California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) (as amended effective January 1, 2014) provides that California residents are entitled to know how a website operator responds to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser settings. DNT is a feature offered by some browsers which, when enabled, sends a signal to websites to request that your browsing is not tracked, such as by third-party ad networks, social networks, and analytic companies. We do not currently take actions to respond to DNT signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed.
