What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal Credit, TeleCheck and offer flexible layaway plans. You can also pay by money order, or certified or personal check (a waiting period is required for the check to be cleared). We accept cash at our four locations in Texas (DO NOT send cash through the mail).
My item costs more than $250 and I do not see free shipping
Certain items, such as special orders or oversized items may not qualify for free shipping. Click here for full details. If you need faster delivery, you can select it in your cart before paying or you can give us a call and we will glady help you find the shipping solution that works best for you.
Will I pay taxes?
Hermes Music does not charge sales tax for purchases made outside the state of Texas. For other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes. If you are a non-profit organization based in Texas and qualify for the sales tax exemption, call Hermes Music for help with your order.
